Still taking Alli, but not as often as I should.
I have lost a total of 15 pounds, but want to lose 10 more.
Haven't written in awhile, life happens.
Once I hit my target weight goal, I really need to stop with all these quick and temporary fixes and adopt a healthier lifestyle, but so much easier said than done.
However, these diet aids do offer a great jumping off point.
Also need to watch myself, have a tendency to slip into my bad habits of overeating and/ or starving myself.
It's so easy to slip into an eating disorder, which is no joke.
Although I should know better, for goodness sake I studied this in school, it happens.
So not condoning this, but rather just stating a fact.
I hate that I hate food, especially when so many people go to bed hungry.
I find it strange that the very thing that sustains life, when restricted to an extreme or engorged on, could kill you.
Woah...well that was a load off...thanks.
Until again.
Peace out

Dieting Progress
Okay so it's been almost 3 weeks since I've been taking Alli and have lost 6 pounds and my clothes fit a little looser, so I no longer have to walk around sticking in my stomach.
The Alli diet pills seems to be doing it's job, but I guess it would since it's been keeping me regular- TMI...maybe, but it's the truth.
Also I do believe the pill is working because I've exercised maybe twice in the last 2 weeks...yeah I've been really busy and feeling so unmotivated.
I'm no longer taking the WuLong Tea and have been incorportaing carbs back into my diet- wheat bread mostly for my turkey and pepper jack cheese sandwhiches and I also bought those Tyson Chicken strips which I microwave and cut up and just throw in a huge bowl of lettuce with some ranch dressing, which is really good.
Haven't had any chips or any sweets to eat, which I haven't been craving, which is a good thing...Reeses Peanut Butter Cups are my weakness.
But I'll keep posting...
Peace Out

Alli- Diet Pill of the Week
Hey Bloggers...
So I've have begun dieting...again and have been taking that new diet aid- Alli- for the past week and it seems to be helping-keeping me regular and for reason is making me not so hungry. Yes I know you are suppose to eat healthy and exercise, but I try, and well...isn't that enough!?!
And if you have read my profile I like diet pills...stupid? Probably, but whatever.
I have severly restricted my sugar and carbohydrate intake and try to get on the treadmill at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes, but it's boring and tiring...and yes I'm too lazy to commit and therefore haven't been up to the task of finding some other creative exercise to stay active.
So I've incorporated the diet pill into my low carb diet (the low carb diet that I started about 3 weeks ago) and take the pill along with my Wulong Tea (diet tea that I started a month ago). However, I'm almost done with the tea and will not be taking it anymore.
Yes, all this after coming off some herbal diet pills that I found at a local health store that contained a smaller dosage of Ephedra and therefore was legal to sell...and buy.
Yeah...the effects of the Ephedra wore off and just made me feel way too tired the next day.
And as for starving myself, I no longer have that kind of will power, not since my earlier days.
Anyhow...this new pill seems to be working, unless it's a combo, but I will go back to incorporating the "good carbs" back into my diet and will be off the diet tea in about a week, so we will see how it goes, especially because for a 90 pill, 30 day supply (3 pills a day) it's $69.99 (no tax), if it's not working then I'll have to try something else...maybe start eating healthy and exercising...yeah right...more like visiting the diet doctor for the good prescribed stuff.
I'll keep ya posted for those who may be interested.
Peace out

Lost in the Shower
Okay.
So have you ever had that moment when you are in the shower and you suddenly snapped and wondered where the hell you went and if you washed your hair already?
Ok...so it's happening more frequently and it's beginning to freak me out.
Why? Is it because I'm recounting the days events or mentally reviewing the plans for the day?
Sometimes, but at other times I don't know, I can't quite remember.
And by the way...where the hell do you go?
And it's not only happening in the shower, but when I'm driving home, but I just attributed those "space outs" to the repetitiveness of driving home or the conditioning to/ of my driving route, ya know like a rat in a maze.
If you share these "space outs" let me know and do you know where you go?
Peace Out

Is a Bachelors Degree Just a Fancy High School Diploma?
Is a Bachelors Degree just a fancy highschool diploma?
I guess it depends on the type of Bachelors you've earned.
I guess nowadays in order to get ahead you would need to earn a Masters Degree....
However, not being much of a fan of school and still dreadfully paying back a student loan, I'm beginning to see that this is true.
I guess it also depends if there is a need for your chosen career in your city of residence.
I'm beginning to feel the limitations of my degree...
Also having friends and family members bring this to my attention by either beginning or graduating from Graduate school doesn't help either....
I can no longer live in denial and thus have began looking into Graduate Schools....yuck!
Does anyone else echo this sentiment...that a Bachelors Degree is just a fancy highschool diploma....if so let me know...either way let me know what you all think?
Peace Out.
